We provide web design, development, and related digital services. Each project scope, timeline, and deliverables will be defined in a written proposal or agreement.

2) Your Responsibilities

• Provide timely content, feedback, and approvals
• Ensure you have rights to all assets you supply
• Meet payment timelines as agreed

3) Payments

Payment terms, milestones, and schedules will be detailed in your proposal or invoice. Late payments may pause work until resolved.

4) Revisions

Unless specified otherwise, reasonable revisions within the agreed scope are included. Material scope changes may require a change order.

5) Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive the rights to the final deliverables created for you. We may showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio.

6) Warranties & Liability

We deliver work with professional care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Your sole remedy is the correction of defects within a reasonable time after delivery.

7) Support

Ongoing maintenance and support are provided under the chosen plan. Ad-hoc support outside a plan may be billed separately.

8) Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach with notice. You are responsible for work completed and expenses incurred up to termination.
